The most recommended way to get to the conference center is to take a Limousine Bus (Nishitetsu Highway Bus) from the airport. The bus service is regularly provided per half of an hour between the airport and JR Kokura station. It costs 1000 yen (1800 yen if you buy a return ticket) and takes about 90 minutes. You can obtain a local area map near the conference center.

An alternative approach to JR Kokura station is by train. This route is a little complicated. First, take a shuttle bus to the domestic terminal of the airport, and get off at the domestic 2nd terminal. Travelling by trains from the airport, take the Fukuoka City Subway, transfer the JR Kyushu Kagoshima line at JR Hakata Station, and get on a rapid train bounded for Kokura or Mojikou. The station where you should get off is "Kokura". It takes about 70 minutes from Hakata Station to Kokura Station by train. You can also choose Sanyo Shinkansen between Hakata and Kokura.
